Sound familiar?

“Is it bins night or recycling night?”
“When does the car insurance renew?”
“Did anyone actually book the boiler service?”

Running a home means carrying a hundred small dates in your head. Grown Tracker carries them for you, and makes it clear who’s doing what, so nobody has to chase anyone.

Features

Everything a household needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Share the load

Create a household and invite your partner, family or housemates with a private link. Every shared task shows who’s handling it, or you can take turns automatically.

Reminders that respect your evenings

Choose reminders per task: on the day, the day before, a week or four weeks ahead. Quiet hours hold anything until morning, and there are no streaks or guilt trips.

Repeats that just work

Fortnightly bins, the last day of the month, once a year on 29 February. Times stay put when the clocks change, and a late tick doesn’t leave a pile of overdue copies behind.

Guides you can trust

Short, practical how-tos for the MOT, vehicle tax, passports, boiler servicing and more. Every guide links to official sources and shows when it was last checked.

Find help nearby

Need an MOT centre or a Gas Safe engineer? Start with the official directory, then search near your postcode. Nobody pays to appear, and your postcode stays on your device.

Works with your calendar

Subscribe from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and see your household’s dates alongside everything else, through a private link only you hold.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who can see my tasks?

Tasks you share are visible to the people in your household. Tasks marked Just me are visible only to you. Nobody outside your household can see its tasks.

Will it nag me?

No. You choose which reminders each task gets, reminders wait until your quiet hours end, and you can switch off whole categories. There are no streaks or guilt trips.

Does it work with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar?

Yes. Create a private calendar link in Settings and subscribe to it in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. It works one way: your dated tasks appear in your calendar, and changes made in the calendar don’t come back.

Where does the guidance come from?

Each guide is written from official sources such as GOV.UK, the NHS, Gas Safe Register and the Financial Conduct Authority. Every guide links to its sources and shows when it was last checked.

Do I need a TV Licence?

According to GOV.UK, you need a TV Licence to watch or record live TV on any channel or service, or to use BBC iPlayer. You don’t need one just for streaming services like Netflix and Disney Plus, on-demand services like All 4 and Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, or videos and DVDs. Read the GOV.UK guidance.

Can I get my data out, or delete it?

Yes. In Settings you can download everything Grown Tracker holds about you, or delete your account. Shared tasks you created stay with your household, with your name removed.
